Our central billing office is located in Orlando. Our billing personnel are available to assist you Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. at 407-872-7786. If you are not sure if we participate with your insurance, please call either our central billing office or your desired office location and we'll be happy to assist you. Another option is to look under the Health Care Plans We Accept section of our website. We try to keep this up-to-date, but since our provider contracts can change quickly, it's always a good idea to double-check with a call.
We ask that you bring your insurance information with you to your first visit. If you are an established patient with an insurance change, please notify our office at your earliest convenience and bring your new insurance card with you to your next appointment. We will file your insurance for you, including any secondary insurance.
Health insurance is designed to help you meet the cost of medical services, but there may be a portion of your charges that your insurance company assigns to your responsibility, including your co-payments. We will bill your insurance first, but you will be responsible for any portion not covered by your insurance company. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
