Patient Care
Conjunctivitis

Conjunctivitis is an eye inflammation caused by radiation to the eye and will subside once treatments are completed.

Some suggestions we have in helping to alleviate this symptom include but are not limited to:
  • avoid rubbing your eyes
  • apply cool compresses to the eyes for 15 minutes 3 to 4 times per day
  • wear sunglasses to lessen glare
  • use prescribed eyedrops only in the affected eye
