I received my medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina.  I completed my internship in internal medicine at VA Medical Center in Long Beach, California and my residency in radiation oncology at the University of California, Irvine College of Medicine.  I also served as an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Irvine as well as at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.  I am board certified in radiation oncology.
